Monday 8th March marks 2021 International Women's Day.
In the past year in my time as MP for Stoke-on-Trent North, Kidsgrove and Talke I have had the opportunity to meet many inspiring women.
I had the pleasure of interviewing one of these women, Carol Shanahan OBE.
It was great to discuss all the amazing challenges she has faced throughout her fantastic career and what advice she would give young women starting out their careers.
