I am delighted with the key wins and opportunities for Stoke-on-Trent that formed part of the Government's Levelling Up White Paper, which are as follows -
The government will fund ambitious plans for bus improvements in areas where this can make the most impact, including Stoke-on-Trent
55 Education Investment Areas (EIAs), including one in Stoke-on-Trent, are being launched where school outcomes are currently weakest.
The White Paper will announce 68 more local authorities to be supported by the High Streets Task Force to transform their town centres - opportunity for Burslem and Tunstall.

Crackdown on rogue landlords – making sure fines and bans stop repeat offenders leaving renters in terrible conditions.
