Earlier this week in Business Questions, I raised awarness of a campaign I am leading in memory of Sharlotte-Sky, who was tragically killed when hit by a car as she walked along Endon Road in Norton Green.
This campaign is being run alongside Sharlotte-Sky's mum, Claire.
We believe it is wrong that permission for blood testing is required in cases where, tragically, a life has been lost.
If a person has done nothing wrong, they should have nothing to fear.
That is why we are campaigning to amend Section 7 of the Road Traffic Act 1988, so blood testing can take place without permission being required, where loss of life has occurred.
